Hungry Map puts the restaurants, cafés and snack stops around you on one friendly map – and shows you at a glance which ones will actually feed you.

OPEN RIGHT NOW, ON A MAP • Open or closed right now, worked out from each place's opening hours: open places pop, closed ones fade to grey • "Open now" filter – only the places that will still serve you • "Closes in 20 min" warnings, kitchen hours and public holidays • Category icons on every pin, so you spot the ramen from across the map • Public ratings right in the place details • Opening hours come from OpenStreetMap, plus hours we research where they're missing. Not every place has hours yet, and hours can change – if it really matters, give them a quick call. • Opening-hours region packs work offline, too

MENUS, READ FOR YOU (PREMIUM) Tap "Load menu" and Hungry Map reads the menu straight from the restaurant's website – or snap a photo of the menu at the table. You get a tidy list of dishes with prices.

CALORIE ESTIMATES (PREMIUM) • A rough calorie range for every dish, estimated from the menu text • Vegetarian and vegan markers on dishes • Find places with dishes under a calorie limit (from menus you've loaded) Calorie values are estimates to help you compare dishes – a rough guide, not nutrition facts and not medical advice.

YOUR TASTE (PREMIUM) • Favourites and your own lists – lunch spots, date night, "must try" • Your own star ratings replace the public ones on your map • Rate single dishes and remember what to order next time • Synced privately through your own iCloud

SEARCH & FILTER Search by name, cuisine or dish, and filter by open now, favourites, vegetarian or vegan.

IPHONE & IPAD Made for iPhone and iPad. On iPad the map gets the whole screen, with a floating panel for search and details.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Your favourites and ratings live on your device and in your own iCloud.

Premium adds menus, calorie estimates, favourites, lists and your own ratings – from €0.99 a month: • Monthly: €0.99 / month • Yearly: €9.99 / year, with a 7-day free trial • Lifetime: €29.99, one-time purchase Prices in euro; the App Store shows the price for your country.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase (after the free trial, if any). Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
