Kapi: Cozy Time Tracker

See how much time you spend studying, working and resting. Kapi measures each activity with a stopwatch that counts up, then shows your daily timeline and weekly activity totals. Every saved activity adds a little capybara to your daily room.

START NOW, NAME IT WHEN YOU FINISH Tap to start the stopwatch. Finish when you are done, then choose an activity or give it your own name. Time spent naming the activity is not added to its duration. Your start time stays saved when you leave the app.

LOOK BACK AT YOUR DAY AND WEEK See when each activity happened and how long it lasted. Review daily bars and activity totals in the weekly view. Add a missed activity or edit a saved activity and its start and end times.

A LITTLE KAPI FOR EACH ACTIVITY Choose from 12 activities, including study, work, cooking, gaming, exercise and rest. Your saved activities bring capybaras into your daily room. Tap a Kapi to revisit its record.

YOUR STOPWATCH ON THE HOME SCREEN Add a Kapi widget to see elapsed time and open the app. On iOS 17 or later, start and finish from the widget, then open Kapi to name the activity.

RECORD WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Recording works offline, and activity records are stored on your device. Cloud sync and in-app export are not available. Removing the app can remove its local records; device backups are managed by your operating system.
