Kneadly talks you through real massage, step by step — on yourself, a partner or a friend. Every step shows a photo of the exact technique, a body map marking where to press, a timer, the right pressure and a calm voice, so you never have to guess.

WHAT'S BOTHERING YOU? Start from how you feel, not from jargon. Tension headache, stiff desk neck, clenched jaw, typing wrists, low back after sitting, tired feet, runner's calves, can't switch off — one tap takes you to the routine made for it.

KNOW IT'S WORKING — RELIEF SCORE Before each session, rate how tight you feel from 0 to 10. Afterwards, rate it again. Kneadly charts every session and tells you which routine helps your body most — then recommends it first. Your ratings never leave your phone.
