Little Grove: Animal Play

Welcome to Little Grove, a gentle 3D world for little explorers ages 2–5 and the grown-ups beside them.

THREE FREE FRIENDS Start with Sunny the lion, Moss the friendly monster and Wisp the floating ghost. The playground, every game and all three bedtime stories are free. All friends are fully 3D, ready to touch, paint and play with.

DRESS UP YOUR FRIEND Choose Friends, Dress Up or Play on the main screen. Try six Halloween and Christmas clothes and accessories, three face paints, and two open-eye masks. The live character stays visible above a compact wardrobe tray or beside an expanded panel. Each friend remembers their outfit. Remove a mask to reveal saved face paint; painting temporarily hides cosmetics while preserving artwork. Wardrobe items are available year-round for friends you can access.

MORE WAYS TO EXPLORE Pop colorful balloons, bounce balls while counting, grow flowers from seeds, and follow glowing numbered stars. Find a hiding friend, count apples, discover colors, match shapes and pairs, compare sizes, paint with your finger, or visit the moonlit firefly garden. Three original bedtime stories star your selected friend with animation, narration and highlighted words. Silent playback is available too.

Explore five 3D places: playground, pretend hospital, school, fire station and airport. Touch seventeen toys and your friend walks over to play. Roll an ambulance, stack counting blocks, turn a picture-book page, wash a toy fire engine, move a ladder, fly a plane, load luggage and discover a windsock. Wave, dance, cuddle and hear real animal recordings or gentle make-believe friend sounds.

ONE OPTIONAL UNLOCK A one-time in-app purchase adds eleven animal companions — bear, bunny, fox, elephant, panda, turtle, penguin, puppy, kitten, giraffe and koala — and four places: hospital, school, fire station and airport. Existing animal purchases include the places. There is no subscription.

GENTLE BY DESIGN No scores, penalties, timers or losing. Ages 2–3 count to three and match two pairs; ages 4–5 count to five and match three pairs. Grown-ups can lock navigation and tools while the scene remains touchable. Hold the lock and answer a reading-based number challenge to unlock. This does not replace iOS Guided Access. Sound and motion preferences are available in the grown-up settings.

YOUR VOICE, TOO Use the included narration or record your own phrases and story pages in the grown-up voice library. Unrecorded phrases retain the default voice. Recordings stay on your device.

A PRIVATE WORLD Play, stories, and unlocked friends and places work offline. No ads, child accounts, third-party analytics or activity tracking. Apple handles optional purchases and restoration behind the grown-up gate; those actions need internet. Preferences, paintings and caregiver recordings stay on your device.

MORE ROOM TO PLAY Expanded painting pairs your friend with a persistent palette, stories pair readable words with the character, and Dress Up opens beside the live preview. Layouts adapt to available space while retaining selections and activity.

Little Grove is made for shared play with a grown-up.
