Craving mici, Romania’s legendary grilled rolls? Warm papanași doughnuts with sour cream and jam? A proper bowl of ciorbă de burtă, the classic tripe soup? “Mamă, ce Bun!” shows you where to find the best ones, in every county of Romania and in Bucharest.

A MAP OF CRAVINGS • One tab per dish: Mici, Papanași and Ciorbă de burtă • A map of every place, neatly clustered when there are many nearby • A list ranked by rating, with the distance to each place • Filter by county and by type: restaurant, terrace, bodega, beer hall, wine cellar and more

EVERY PLACE AT A GLANCE • A separate rating for each dish, because a place can have great soup and just decent mici • What reviewers say, opening hours, tap-to-call phone and website • One-tap directions with Apple Maps or Waze • The sources we used to choose it: reviews, guides and press

COMMUNITY RATINGS • Rate a dish from 1 to 10 and add a short comment if you like • Rankings follow the average of all food lovers • No account, no name, no email: ratings are anonymous

BADGES • 16 badges to earn, from First Ciorbă to Grill Master and the Tour of Romania • See how close you are to the next one

MY ROUTE • Save places to “Want to go” and tick them off as “Been there” • Grouped by county, perfect for a weekend trip
