Operato: Maintenance & Repairs

Operato is maintenance software for maintenance teams in food production. No more paper breakdown slips, spreadsheets or loose chat groups: every breakdown and every maintenance job lives in one place.

BREAKDOWNS An operator reports a breakdown with a photo. The technician gets a notification on their phone right away, picks it up and keeps the status current: in progress, waiting for parts, fixed. The department head then checks the machine and releases the line. Every step ends up in one timeline.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Lubrication schedules and planned maintenance per machine. Operato shows what is coming up and what is overdue.

AUDITS Every repair and lubrication job can be traced: who, what, when and with which photo. That saves digging during BRC, IFS and FSSC 22000 audits.

OVERVIEW A floor plan of the factory shows open breakdowns per room. The manager sees how much maintenance is on schedule.

ON THE FACTORY FLOOR If the Wi-Fi drops in the cold store or the hall, you keep working. Your changes sync as soon as the connection is back.

SEE FOR YOURSELF Tap "Probeer de demo" (Try the demo) and explore a sample factory as a technician, manager, department head or planner. No account needed.
