Pomksy – pet care booking

Pomksy is an app for pet owners and for the businesses that care for their pets. Find pet services, book an appointment and keep your pet's full history at hand, all in one place.

Pomksy is built for booking pet care services in Poland. You can install the app anywhere, but providers currently operate in Poland. Pomksy is just launching: the first businesses are joining gradually, city by city. If there are no providers near you yet, turn on notifications and we will let you know when they appear.

FOR PET OWNERS • Search and book services: veterinarian, diagnostics, groomer, pet boarding, pet sitter and dog walking, trainer, transport. • Pay online or on site, depending on the provider. Refunds follow the provider's cancellation policy. • Your pet's health record: care passport, visit reports, test results, recommendations, medication and vaccinations in one place. • Scan documents from a photo or a PDF (OCR) to add test results quickly. • AI assistant: tips for everyday pet care and help finding a service. • Chat with the provider within a booking, including photos, plus notifications, for example when your pet is ready for pick-up. • Appointment reminders, favorite places and reviews with photos.

FOR BUSINESSES – POMKSY PRO Businesses manage their bookings in the app in Pomksy Pro mode: • Calendar with multiple staff members and specialist profiles. • Bookings, including manually added visits, and a client database. • Team: staff invitations and public staff profiles. • Automatic reminders for clients before a visit (24, 48 or 72 hours ahead, set by the business) and booking notifications. • Message inbox, post-visit reports that go to the pet's records, your own cancellation policy and statistics. • Payouts for online payments via Stripe.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY • Sign in with Apple, Google or email. • Location only while you use the app, to find services nearby. We do not track you across other companies' apps. • You can report reviews and conversations; reports are reviewed within 24 hours (contact@pomksy.eu). • You can delete your account yourself in the app: Profile → Usuń konto (Delete account). • Privacy policy: https://pomksy.eu/polityka-prywatnosci
