Quiet Measure: Meditation

Quiet Measure is a meditation tracker that builds a visual history of your practice.

Every session becomes part of the Record. Month marks the days you practiced on a calendar. Year lays your practice out month by month. Lifetime gathers it year by year, showing hours, sessions, and days practiced.

Nothing turns a single sit, or years of them, into a streak, a score, or a competition. There are no goals to hit, no required mood check-ins, and no feed to clear.

The bell marks the time. You decide when you're done. Use an open timer, practice for a set time, or build a sequence of timed stages. If you keep going after the cue, the timer keeps counting until you actually finish. Choose your cues and haptics, and save presets for sessions you repeat.

If you sit without your phone, or time a session some other way, add it afterward. Export sessions as CSV, make a full backup of your record, or restore a previous full backup.

Quiet Measure is made for people who already practice. If you're just beginning, the same views show a practice accumulating from the first session.
