ScaleZen MIS

Scalezen MIS brings your school or college management system to your phone. It uses the same login as the Scalezen MIS web portal, so everything stays in sync.

FOR PRINCIPALS AND ADMINS Know what's happening in your institution at a glance, and act on it from anywhere. • Live dashboard: students, staff, classes and pending approvals • Fee collection for today, this month and the year, by fee head and payment mode • Approve or reject change requests, staff leave and student leave in a tap • Daily attendance for students, staff and lectures, with who is on leave today • Pending fees by class, with the students who still owe • Manage users: add admins, promote staff, reset passwords, and control what each clerk can access

FOR STAFF • Profile and employment details • Monthly attendance, with late marks and leave • Your weekly timetable, with today highlighted • Salary breakdown by month • Apply for leave, track its status and check your balances • Library: books issued to you, renewals, reservations and the eLibrary

FOR STUDENTS • Profile, class and academic details • Fee summary and full payment history • Attendance, timetable and exam results • Events calendar • Leave requests • Library account, issued books, fines, reservations and the eLibrary

SECURE BY DESIGN • Your login is stored in your phone's secure storage • You see only what your school has enabled for your role • No ads and no tracking

Scalezen MIS is for institutions that use the Scalezen MIS platform. Your school or college creates your login. If you don't have one, contact your institution's office.
