ScrollTide helps you reduce your screen time with friends. Choose the apps you want to limit, share a daily time budget, and encourage each other to scroll less.
Your group shares a cove, with a fish for each friend. As you spend your shared time, the water level drops. Each night, the tide brings a fresh budget.
• Create a group and invite up to three friends. • Limit distracting apps and choose when to unlock them. • Each unlock counts toward your shared daily budget. • Follow your progress with personal and group stats.

App blocking and unlocks require a ScrollTide subscription. One subscription covers your group of up to four people. Weekly and annual plans are available, with prices shown before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
