SG Livreur

SG Livreur is the work app of the delivery drivers of Sushi Garden, a sushi restaurant in Algiers (Algeria).

It is reserved for Sushi Garden drivers: accounts are created by the restaurant, there is no sign-up in the app.

With SG Livreur, a driver can: • go available to receive deliveries; • receive the deliveries offered by the restaurant, then accept or decline them; • follow each step: pick-up at the restaurant, on the way, hand-over to the customer with the delivery code; • call the customer and start navigation to the address in one tap; • report a delivery problem; • check earnings for the day, week or month, and the account status: cash to hand over, fees to receive, latest settlements.

Location During a delivery, the driver's position is shared with the restaurant and with the customer of that delivery, including with the screen off. While the driver is available, the position is only used to check that they stay near the restaurant, and it is not kept. Outside deliveries and availability, no position is collected.
