Af Nathan Poulson · UddannelseDerfor forventer vi det: Clear value for book clubs, with thoughtful spoiler-aware chat and well-explained subscription terms.
Kort fortalt
ShelfAbsorbed keeps book club members in sync between meetings, showing the current read, the next gathering with its RSVPs and reminders, and the next pick settled by vote. It is aimed at people who run or join reading groups. One feature stands out: club chat hides spoilers past each member's own reading point.

ShelfAbsorbed keeps a book club together between meetings.
Start a club, share the invite code, and everyone lands in the same place: what you are reading now, when you are meeting next, and what is up for the next pick.
Everyone brings one book to the table, and the club settles it with a vote or a draw. Tap any book to see what it is about before you decide.
A countdown shows the next gathering with the place and a note from the host. Members RSVP, add it to their calendar, and get a reminder on the day.
Club chat knows how far you have read. Say where you are in the book, and anything past that stays hidden until you catch up.
Every book the club finishes joins the shelf, with ratings that open after the meeting and photos from the night.
Joining a club is free. Hosting one is a subscription, and one subscription covers up to three clubs.
Hosting is $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year, with a 7 day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, and it renews automatically unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.
