Kort fortalt
ShiftSum Shift & Earnings Log is a productivity app that records shifts and calculates pay for hourly and per-shift workers, including overtime, night and holiday rates, and automatic break deductions. It suits restaurant, retail, healthcare, driver and similar roles. It stores all data on the phone with no account, and its payslip check compares your recorded hours against what you were paid.

ShiftSum is a shift and earnings log for people paid by the hour or by the shift — restaurant and hotel staff, bar and café workers, retail, healthcare, security, drivers, anyone whose pay depends on when they worked.
Two taps a day - Start and End from the home-screen widget. - Tips in one tap when the shift ends. - Forgot yesterday? ShiftSum knows your pattern and asks "Did you work yesterday, 17:00–23:30 like usual?" — you tap Yes.
Your real pay, not a guess - Hourly, per-shift or daily rates. - Daily and weekly overtime. - Night rate, weekend rates, public-holiday rate. - Unpaid breaks deducted automatically. - Tip-out to kitchen or bar. - Weekly, fortnightly, twice-monthly or monthly pay periods.
Check your payslip Type the hours or amount on your payslip and see the difference instantly. Never let a missing hour slide again.
Share Send a week or a pay period as text (LINE, WhatsApp, email) or as a CSV file.
Private by design - No account. No server. No tracking. No ads. - Your data stays on your phone. Backups go only where you save them. - Optional app lock with Face ID, Touch ID or passcode.
Free, with a one-time upgrade The free version covers one job with basic hourly pay, tips, the widget and backup. ShiftSum Pro is a single purchase — no subscription, ever — and adds more jobs, advanced pay rules, tip-out, payslip check, CSV export and app lock.
