Voicerra

Voicerra is the phone app for teams whose calls are answered by a Voicerra AI voice agent.

The agent answers every call to your business, around the clock. When a caller asks for a person, or the conversation needs one, the agent hands the call over and Voicerra rings your phone. You see who is calling and why before you pick up, and you take the call right where the agent left off.

TAKE HANDED-OVER CALLS - Rings like a normal phone call, even when the screen is locked or the app is closed - See the caller's name, number and the reason for the handover before you answer - Answer on the phone, on a headset or on the speaker

SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW - The Live tab shows every call on the line at the moment - Listen in, join the conversation or take the call from the agent

CALL FROM YOUR BUSINESS NUMBER - Dial from the keypad, your company's contacts or your own contacts - Callers see your business number, not your personal one - Your phone contacts stay on your phone and are never uploaded

EVERY CALL IN ONE PLACE - The history of calls you were on, with missed, inbound and outbound filters - Play back recordings and call back with one tap - Search by name or number

SIGN IN IN SECONDS - Scan the QR code your workplace shows you, or sign in with the details they give you - Sign out of a phone at any time from Settings

Voicerra accounts are created by your workplace from the Voicerra dashboard. The app has no sign up of its own.
