Voxio connect

Voxio connect turns your iPhone into the handset for your Voxio target. Calls to your Voxio number ring like any other call, whether the app is open, in the background or closed.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Answer Voxio calls in the native iOS call screen, straight from the lock screen • Set your availability: Available, Away or Do not disturb, and see it reflected in the Voxio portal • Review the calls this device received and placed, with duration and outcome • Place outgoing calls to an extension, a target name or any phone number (optional, switched off by default) • Choose your audio: earpiece, speaker, AirPods or another Bluetooth headset • Put a call on hold and send keypad tones while you talk • Get an alert on your Apple Watch when a call comes in • Use the app in English or German

SET UP IN ONE SCAN Your Voxio administrator sends you an enrolment QR code or link. Scan it and this device is registered to your target. There is no user name and no password to remember, and you can unenroll the device at any time from the Status tab.

BUILT FOR TEAMS ON VOXIO Incoming calls arrive over an open connection while the app is in the foreground and over push notifications when it is not, so a call reaches you even after the phone has been idle for hours.

GOOD TO KNOW Voxio connect requires a Voxio account with a target configured in the Voxio portal. Calls travel over your internet connection rather than your mobile minutes. The call log is kept on this device only.
