Warith: Islamic Inheritance

Warith makes Islamic inheritance clear. Answer a few short questions about the family and see exactly how the estate is shared, with each heir's fraction, percentage and amount.

SIMPLE • One short question at a time, in plain words • Only the questions that matter for your family are asked • A clear result: a chart and each heir's share, at a glance

ACCURATE • Exact fractions, never rounded • Follows the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i or Hanbali school, and tells you whenever the schools disagree, with a side-by-side comparison • Covers the classical cases: 'awl and radd, the grandfather with siblings, al-'Umariyyatan, al-Mushtaraka, al-Akdariyya and more • Also handles rare situations: distant relatives (dhawu al-arham), an expected child, a missing heir, an heir of unclear sex, and heirs who die before the estate is divided

AUTHENTIC • Tap "How was this calculated?" to see the rule behind every share • Each rule cites its evidence from the Qur'an, the Sunnah and the rulings of the Companions, in the original Arabic with its English meaning • Hadith gradings are shown honestly, including where a report is weak

ENGLISH AND ARABIC • Fully bilingual, with a proper right-to-left Arabic layout. Switch at any time.

PRIVATE • No account, no ads, no tracking. Warith works entirely on your phone and collects no data.

Warith is a guide based on the classical rules of the four Sunni schools. For binding decisions, please confirm with a qualified scholar or court. Enter the estate after funeral costs, debts and any valid bequest have been settled.
