Win's Phrasebook is an education app for building a personal collection of phrases and their translations between two chosen languages. Save useful phrases and their translations in one personal collection. Whether you’re preparing for a trip or keeping track of everyday expressions, Win's Phrasebook makes it easy to find the words you want to use again.

MAKE IT YOURS Add your own phrases, edit translations, and keep the expressions that matter to you. Choose a first and second language to build a collection for that direction.

TRANSLATE AS YOU TYPE Get translation suggestions using Apple’s Translation framework on supported devices and language pairs. Prefer your own wording? Enter or edit the translation yourself.

HEAR YOUR TRANSLATIONS Tap the speaker beside a phrase to hear its translation with an available installed voice.

KEEP THE RIGHT WORDS CLOSE Search your saved phrases and romanizations. Drag phrases into your preferred order, which stays in place between launches.

READ UNFAMILIAR SCRIPTS Add or edit a Latin-script reading for languages that use another writing system. Win's Phrasebook can suggest romanization as you type, including Pinyin for Chinese. These readings are a helpful starting point and may need adjustment.

CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE PAIR Choose from 20 language options: Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

AN INTERFACE IN YOUR LANGUAGE Use Win's Phrasebook in English, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, or Indonesian. English is the fallback for unsupported interface languages.

YOUR COLLECTION, ON YOUR IPHONE No account is needed. Saved phrases are stored locally and remain available without an internet connection.

Requires iOS 26 or later. Automatic translation depends on device, system, language-pair support, and downloaded language packs. Internet access may be needed to download packs. Speech depends on voices available on your device. Romanization is script conversion and may not reflect the intended pronunciation.
