AsBuilt: Contractor OS

RunOrrery is one screen for a contractor's whole business: the jobs, the people you work for, the messages, the calendar and the money, on one record.

Built for certified contractors and the companies that run them.

JOBS See every job the way you run it: what needs you today, the two-week lookahead, purchase orders, subcontractors, submittals, RFIs, meetings and drawings.

CHANGE ORDERS AND BILLING Raise a change order, track it to execution, and bill against the contract with AIA-style applications. The contract sum, the change orders and the earned-to-date figure stay in step.

CLIENTS Everyone you work for, with the last time you were in touch. Email or text them from the app; it lands in your inbox and on their record.

INBOX AND TEXTS Every channel with a client in one thread: texts, emails, calls, meetings and notes.

CALENDAR Site walks, client meetings and subcontractor calls on a time grid, with the lookahead read from the jobs themselves.

NOTIFICATIONS A reply, a payment or a signature reaches your phone the moment it lands.

SECURITY Sign in with an emailed code, then lock the app with Face ID. Companies that require it add an authenticator app.

RunOrrery is used by invitation. Your company is set up by Great Breads Studio during onboarding. Explore a sample company from the sign-in screen to see how it works.
