CrewTimesheet: Film Timecards

CrewTimesheet is the timecard app for film and TV crew. Enter your call and wrap times each day, and it does the maths: overtime, running lunch, short turnaround and gear rental, ready to send to production as a PDF timecard and invoice.

OVERTIME THAT MATCHES YOUR DEAL • Shift length and minimum rest you set per project (12 hours by default) • Fixed, progressive (1×, 2×, 3×…), doubling (1×, 2×, 4×…) or stepped by percent, such as +50% after 4 hours • Rate from your day fee (fee ÷ shift hours) or a set hourly rate • Rounding to 15 min, 30 min or a full hour • Running lunch adds an hour; a short turnaround adds the missing rest hours

EVERY SHOOT DAY IN ONE LIST • Days numbered like a call sheet: Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 • Wraps after midnight are handled and marked "next day" • Day off, notes and a live breakdown for each day

GEAR RENTAL • Add your kit with a price per 24 hours • Tick what you used each day • Bill gear on the main invoice or on its own gear invoice with a usage log

PDF TIMECARDS AND INVOICES • Timecard with every day, overtime breakdown and signature lines • Invoice with automatic numbering, due date, tax and all your bank accounts • Share by WhatsApp, Mail, Telegram, AirDrop or Files

MADE FOR CREW • Department icons for camera, lighting, grip, sound and more • Works on iPhone and iPad • 36 languages • Your data stays on your device. No account, no tracking.

FREE AND PRO One project is free, with everything included. CrewTimesheet Pro unlocks unlimited projects and PDFs for every project: 1 week free, then a yearly subscription. Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
