Daylilt helps you manage personal cycles and training plans while keeping your daily records on your device.

• Personal cycles: Choose a start date, cycle length and rest days, then record your daily status. • Training plans: Schedule exercises by cycle day and record sets, reps, weight and rest between sets. • Calendar review: View both kinds of records together and save a photo for any day. • Health trends: With your permission, read steps, heart rate, workouts, active energy, sleep and weight from Apple Health. • App limits: With your permission, limit selected apps, categories or websites during your chosen schedule. Disable anytime. Changes to an enabled schedule or selection are applied automatically. • Private display name: Give your personal cycle a name that feels right to you.

Available in English and Simplified Chinese. No account, ads, tracking or third-party analytics. Records and photos stay on your device; health data is displayed locally. Clear local data in the app. Device backups may include records depending on your backup settings.

Daylilt is for personal tracking and habit management. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or guaranteed health outcomes. Health and Screen Time features require the relevant system permissions.
