EstateCopilot

EstateCopilot is the companion app for landlords, tenants and artisans in Nigeria who use EstateCopilot to run their properties.

FOR LANDLORDS • See every property and tenancy in one place • Send tenants a rent reminder in one tap • Review repair requests, with the tenant's photos • Compare quotes from local artisans and accept the best one • Get a notification when a repair is reported or a quote arrives

SHORT-LET AND STUDENT STAYS (for landlords) • Choose who each stay is for: daily guests, students, or both • Approve student booking requests and see guest ID checks • Academic-session pricing, caution fee, hostel type, distance to campus and a safety checklist • Manage each stay: check-in and check-out condition reports with photos, problems reported, and the caution-fee return • See the parent or sponsor contact on every student booking, and guests’ reviews after their stay

FOR TENANTS • See your rent, lease end date and estate levies at a glance • Report a repair and attach photos from your camera or library • Follow each repair from "Open" to "Done" • Get a reminder when rent is due

FOR ARTISANS • Sign in with your phone number • See repair jobs near you and send a quote • Get notified when a landlord accepts your quote

Landlord accounts are set up at estatecopilot.org. Tenants are invited by their landlord. Artisans can sign up in the app with their phone number.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.
