Finn: Baby Tracker

Finn is the calm, quick way to track your baby's feeds, sleep, diapers and pumping — and to share it with everyone who helps.

Built for real life with a newborn: one hand, half asleep, 3 a.m. Every log is a single tap, the timer remembers which side you fed on, and the whole day is laid out so you can answer "when did she last eat?" at a glance.

TRACK EVERYTHING IN A TAP • Breastfeeding timer with left and right sides — switch, pause and resume, and Finn suggests which side to start next • Bottles (breast milk, formula or mixed) with amounts in ml or oz • Solids with foods and reactions • Diapers: wet, dirty or both, with colour, consistency and rash • Sleep and naps with where they slept • Pumping, left and right • Notes on any entry, and quick "5 minutes ago" times for when you log after the fact

SEE THE WHOLE DAY • Today: last feed, last diaper and time awake, with today's totals • Day view: a calendar timeline of feeds, naps, changes and pumping — tap any entry to edit it • Trends: daily averages and 7-day charts for feeds, breastfeeding, bottles, sleep, diapers and pumping

GLANCE, DON'T EVEN OPEN • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Live Activities and the Dynamic Island show the running timer, with pause, switch side and stop right there • Siri and Shortcuts: "Log a wet diaper in Finn"

APPLE WATCH Start a feed, log a diaper or a bottle, and check the day from your wrist. The running timer appears in the Smart Stack.

BETTER TOGETHER Invite your partner, grandparents or a nanny. Everyone in the household sees the same log as it happens, with roles for parents and caregivers, and optional notifications when someone else logs something. Track more than one child, too.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Use Finn without an account — your data stays on your iPhone • Sign in only if you want to sync and share; we ask for your consent first • No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data • Export everything as CSV for your pediatrician, or as a full data file, any time • Delete your account and data from inside the app
