STAY IN CONTROL OF RESPONSES Choose when your form accepts responses and configure email collection. Enable response notifications to keep up with new submissions. Notifications require permission and an active connection.

Access depends on your account permissions and each form's settings. Formatic is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

FORMATIC PRO Some features require a Formatic Pro subscription. Available plans, prices, features, and any eligible trial offers are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or after a free trial if one is offered and not canceled in time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your Formatic account does not cancel a subscription.
