HISN: Less Screen, More Deen

HISN ("fortress" in Arabic) helps Muslim families and individuals stop doomscrolling and keep their phones from getting in the way of what matters.

HISN is free while we launch. Families who join now will keep their price when paid plans arrive. FOR PARENTS Link your child's iPhone with a simple code. Choose which apps and websites are restricted, set a daily time allowance, and let HISN restrict them automatically during the five daily prayers, bedtime and school hours. Your child can tap "Ask My Parent" on a restricted app, and you approve or decline from your own phone.

FOR YOURSELF Restrict the apps that pull you in, then hand the key to someone you trust. Your accountability partner approves any exception, after you answer a few honest reflection questions. No more "just five minutes" at 2 a.m.

QURAN TIME A window where only your Quran apps stay available.

SALAH FIRST Prayer times are calculated for your city. When the adhan time comes, the distractions go quiet.

BUILT ON APPLE SCREEN TIME HISN uses Apple's own Screen Time technology. It never sees which apps you choose, reads no messages, tracks no browsing and shows no ads.

English, Arabic and Urdu.

You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings.
