WRITE YOUR OWN GUIDE Keep a useful approach in your own words. Revisit, change or remove it later. Small everyday records and optional expectation–experience comparisons can add context to what you write.

OBSERVATIONS YOU CAN TRACE Observations compare the answers and tags you select using defined rules. Your free text is not interpreted by AI. The app does not invent results when there is not enough evidence. Records do not represent your whole life, and an association is not proof of cause and effect.

One in-app purchase adds 176 more short prompts and 83 follow-ups that open from your answers, 38 more recurring questions, 48 observation rules and 48 more starting points for your guide. No automatic renewal or subscription. The App Store provides the current price.

A SPACE OF YOUR OWN No account, no ads, and no journal records sent to the developer. Records stay in the app’s space on your device. Depending on your settings, iOS backups may include app data. Exported JSON files are plain text; you choose where to save or share them. Apple handles payment.
