Matchstick Clock

Three little matchstick men run this clock.

Every minute the second hand scoops one of them up and carries him over the top, while the other two wait their turn on the hour marks, climbing down, stepping across and holding on. At ten at night one of them goes to sleep on the 9, and the others take turns through the night. At lunchtime one sits back in the hands for a break. Every minute of the day is different, and the clock always shows the real time.
