# DESIGNED FOR IPHONE DUO On iPhone Duo, opening your phone is lifting the lid. The music swells as it opens, grows soft and muffled as you close it halfway, and fades away when it shuts. On every other iPhone and on iPad, a tap on the lid does the same.

# A PROPER LITTLE MECHANISM • A brass cylinder, a steel comb and a velvet-lined lid with a small mirror • A full winding plays for about three minutes, then slows and comes to rest, like the real thing • Hold the key or the little governor to stop the cylinder; let go and it carries on • The click of the ratchet, the knock of the lid, and a faint resonance in your hand with every note
