Onur Workout is a personal workout journal built for flexible routines and steady progress.

• Build programs with training days and log exercises, sets, weights and repetitions. • Start from editable Full Body, Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, 5×5 or body-part split templates. Preserve your previous programs in an archive. • Add exercises and alternatives even after preparing or starting a workout. Keep your recorded sets and see each movement’s previous performance. • Choose English or Turkish exercise names and add your own movements. • Use simple Start/Stop timing or detailed set and rest tracking. • Review workout history, progress and estimated calorie summaries. • Connect Apple Health for today’s steps and activity energy, with your permission. • Switch between kilograms and pounds. • Follow the optional pet-guided setup, choose your companion and get encouragement through Home Screen widgets and reminders you control. • Earn training points to unlock companions and visual themes. Buddy, Luna and Miko change appearance with your workout consistency. • Use the interface in English, Turkish, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Russian or Japanese.

FREE ACCESS Add up to 3 distinct exercises per muscle group in each program and schedule up to 2 weekdays per profile. Your existing workout history is preserved.

MUSIC Music tools are available without Onur Workout Premium. Music services may require their own subscriptions and permissions. Apple Music library and playback controls; Spotify and YouTube Music playlist shortcuts.

PREMIUM Unlock the calendar, paired Apple Watch connection and manual backup, and remove the free program limits. Watch commands require an iPhone connection. With Health permission, view live heart rate during an active workout.

SUBSCRIPTION AND TRIAL Premium is an auto-renewable annual subscription. Eligible new subscribers can start a 7-day free trial by confirming the Apple purchase screen. Unless canceled, the annual price shown at purchase is charged when the trial ends. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices vary by region.

YOUR DATA Workout records are stored on your device; no app account is required. Apple Health access is optional and processed on your device. Completed workouts are saved to Health only with permission. Backup is optional and manual.
