RestEasy - Restaurant Helper

RestEasy is the all-in-one app for restaurant teams: food-safety records, staff schedules, time tracking and, for Swiss hospitality, the monthly CCNT working-time form filled in for you.

AUTOMATIC CCNT TIME SHEETS • Every month the working-time form is built automatically from your schedule, time-clock entries, absences and public holidays. • It follows the cantonal model: worked days, rest days, holidays, vacation, sickness, running balances and the yearly summary. • Managers can review and correct any day. Employees check their month and sign on their phone: the signature goes in the month's cell. • Export the official Excel form, filled in and signed, ready for a labour inspection.

HYGIENE & FOOD SAFETY • Daily temperature logs for fridges and freezers, each reading flagged as within or outside the target range. • Reminders for assigned employees, and alerts to managers when a check is late or a reading is out of range. • Cleaning and maintenance tasks per piece of equipment (daily, weekly, monthly). • Report a faulty appliance with a photo; managers follow it until it is resolved. • Inspection-ready register: export any period as PDF or CSV.

STAFF SCHEDULES & TIME CLOCK • Weekly schedule per location, with split shifts, overnight shifts and a one-tap "duplicate last week". • Time clock on a shared tablet at the restaurant; managers review and correct entries. • Absence requests and approvals, with a yearly vacation and absence overview. • Payroll export of hours worked and absences for any period.

FOR GROUPS WITH SEVERAL RESTAURANTS • Several locations in one account. Administrators see everything; managers only the locations assigned to them; employees only their own. • Invite staff by email. Each person has their own login.

FRENCH, ENGLISH, GERMAN, PORTUGUESE • Every person picks their language, and notifications arrive in it.

Your data stays private to your restaurant. You can delete your account from the app at any time.
