Rewind: Hard Conversations

A hard conversation goes wrong in one sentence. You soften the ask. You apologise for raising it. They push back and you let it go. Reading about feedback does not fix that. Saying it out loud does.

Rewind lets you rehearse the conversation you actually have coming.

DESCRIBE IT Who you are talking to, what is happening, what you need. Rewind builds the other person: what they will dispute, how they push back, and what it takes to move them.

SAY IT OUT LOUD Hold to talk. They answer. If you are vague, they stay put. If you cave, they take the out.

SEE THE MOMENT No scores. Rewind shows the exact words where it slipped and why it mattered in this conversation.

REWIND IT Go back to that one turn and say it again. Same person, same mood, same objections. Say it better and their answer changes. Say the same thing and you get the same thing.

WALK IN WITH YOUR LINE Every rehearsal ends on the sentence that moved them. Tell Rewind when the real conversation is and your line is ready the day before. Afterwards, two taps to say how it went, and a hard one leads straight to rehearsing the follow-up. Your rehearsals stay on your phone.

Start with three free scenes: giving feedback, setting a boundary, and saying no to your boss. Your first custom rehearsal is free.

Prep Week gives you 7 days of unlimited custom rehearsals and does not renew. Pro is a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial.

Rewind is practice for how you say it. It is not legal or HR advice.
