Make every new Safari tab feel like home.

SafoHome brings your frequently visited sites, a pixel world map and a few useful tools together on one page. The map changes with the date and time. Enter a city to see its weather and watch the scene respond to rain, snow and other conditions.

YOUR SITES, READY TO OPEN After you allow website access in Safari, SafoHome counts future visits by domain and puts the sites you use most on your new-tab page. Pin the ones you want to keep or hide the ones you do not. SafoHome does not read your existing Safari history or retain full addresses for automatic visit counting. Links you explicitly save keep their complete address, including the path.

A LITTLE SPACE TO FOCUS Start a simple timer, keep a short task list and add searchable post-it notes for the thought you want to remember. The controls stay out of sight until you need them.

YOUR FEEDS AND BACKUPS Import OPML subscriptions or add a feed URL. Read RSS and Atom headlines below your widgets. Export your feeds as OPML or save and merge a JSON backup.

YOUR PRIVATE ICLOUD When iCloud is available, visit counts, saved links, site preferences, tasks, notes, feed subscriptions and your weather city sync through your private CloudKit database. The timer and cached forecasts stay on this Mac. There is no SafoHome account, advertising or analytics.

Weather uses only a city you enter. SafoHome never requests your device location. Requires macOS 26 or later and Safari.
