Seaford Lacrosse

Seaford Lacrosse is the field scheduling app for the coaches and directors of Seaford Lacrosse.

Practice fields are limited and the season is short. This app replaces the group texts and the shared spreadsheet with one schedule everybody sees at the same time.

BOOK A PRACTICE IN SECONDS Pick your field, pick an open time, done. Every other coach sees it immediately. Book one practice, or set your team's weekly pattern and fill the whole season in one go.

FIND A TIME THAT ACTUALLY WORKS Tell the app which days and which part of the evening suit your team, and it shows every open slot at every field for the rest of the season, closest first.

SEE THE WHOLE PROGRAM The month view works like the Calendar on your iPhone. Switch between what's taken, what's still open and your own team's practices, and choose which fields to show. Tap a day for its details, or switch to a list.

YOUR NEXT PRACTICE, EVERYWHERE Widgets on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, a live countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island on practice day, and your next practice on Apple Watch. Ask Siri "When is practice in Seaford Lacrosse?", or keep your team's practices in your iPhone's Calendar with one switch.

SIGN IN WITH FACE ID Your saved password fills in with a glance.

FAIR ORDER, AUTOMATICALLY Teams get their turn to book by grade, oldest first. The app tracks whose turn it is, tells you when your grade opens, and moves the turn along on its own when a grade finishes or its three days run out. Nobody has to referee it.

NEVER MISS AN OPENING Join the waitlist for a slot that is already taken, and get a notification the moment it is given up. Directors get told when the schedule is locked or a grade's turn opens.

FOR DIRECTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS Invite coaches, see who has signed in, watch a live activity list of what was booked and cancelled, and see how full each field is running.

TAKE IT WITH YOU Add your team's practices to your iPhone calendar, or share the week as an image straight into your team's group chat.

ACCOUNTS ARE BY INVITE ONLY There is no public sign-up. Your director creates your account and you sign in with your own email address. The app is for the coaches and directors of Seaford Lacrosse; it is not a parent or player app.
