SimplyDone is a to-do app that stays out of your way. Make a list, add your tasks, check them off. That's it.

Your data belongs to you. There's no account to create, no tracking and no servers. Your lists, tasks, reminders and photos are saved on your device, and no one else can see them, not even the developer.

ORGANIZE WITHOUT THE CLUTTER • Lists for anything: groceries, errands, goals, projects • Add a short description to any list, and to any task • Sort lists into color-coded groups • Pin the lists you use most to the top • Filter lists by All, Pinned, Active or Completed, or by group • Drag to reorder • A progress ring shows how much of each list is done, and a check when it's finished • Mark all tasks complete or incomplete in one tap • Duplicate a list to use it again • See when each list was created and last updated

LISTS THAT REPEAT (PRO) • Repeat a list every day, every week or every 2 weeks • On each repeat day, its done tasks start fresh • History shows what got done each day or week, with times, descriptions and photos • Great for routines: morning checklists, medication, weekly chores

SEE YOUR PROGRESS (PRO) • A card at the top of the main screen shows how many tasks you finish each day, week or month • Keep a streak going: one finished task a day is enough • Look at the last 7, 30 or 90 days, any dates you choose, or just one group • Not for you? Swipe the card away, and bring it back anytime in Settings • Worked out on your device, like everything else in SimplyDone

REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY • Set a reminder on any task and get a notification when it's due • See every upcoming reminder in one place

PHOTOS ON TASKS • Attach photos to a task, from the camera or your library • SimplyDone keeps its own copy and never changes your photo library

SHARE A LIST • Send a list to a friend with AirDrop, and it opens in SimplyDone on their iPhone • It goes straight from your phone to theirs, with no server in between • Only the list and its tasks are sent. Your reminders, photos and groups stay with you • Free for everyone

NOTHING GETS LOST • Archive finished lists to keep your main screen clean • Deleted lists wait 30 days in Recently Deleted before they're gone for good • Want a fresh start? Delete all your data from Settings

Upgrade to SimplyDone Pro for unlimited lists and tasks, lists that repeat with their History, and the progress card with your streak. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and you can restore it anytime with your Apple Account.
