SLP Session Log

SLP Session Log is the fastest way for a school speech-language pathologist and their assistant to keep Medicaid session records current.

HOW IT WORKS • Your Red/Silver week schedule is read from your shared schedule sheet. • A couple of minutes after each session ends, your phone pings: "Saw Maya, Jordan, Ellis?" • Tap it. Answer Yes or No for each student. • On Yes, enter data for each skill (55%, 4/5, whatever you use), confirm the service code (1x30G), and add a session note. • On No, pick a reason (absent, missed, testing…). • Everything is written straight into the right student, skill and day in your caseload data sheet. Notes go on the cell.

BUILT FOR TWO Both the SLP and the assistant get every ping. Whoever answers first logs the session; the other phone shows who already did.

NO NEW SYSTEM TO LEARN Your Google Sheet stays the source of truth. The app just makes sure nothing is missed and nothing is typed twice.

Pings are scheduled on your phone from the schedule, so they work even when the app is closed. Open any past day to log a session late.

This app connects to a Google Sheet and Apps Script that you set up for your own practice.
