SnagAudit: Snag List & Report

Snag lists, inventories, check-outs, site audits and van checks, finished on site. Photograph it, say it, send a branded PDF before you leave. No sign-up, works with no signal.

SnagAudit turns a walk-round into a report your client will trust. Photograph each defect, say what you see instead of typing it, mark it up, and the report writes itself as you go. Export a clean PDF with your logo on every page and send it from site.

BUILT FOR THE JOB • Snagging: snag lists for new-build handovers, refurbishments and contractor sign-off • Property inventories and check-in reports, room by room, structured for deposit-scheme adjudication • Mid-term inspections and check-out reports, with check-in and check-out side by side • Site audits with RAG rating, owner and due date, carrying the HSE CIS47 fields • Pre-work condition reports before you start on someone else's property • Vehicle inspections: daily van walkaround checks, hire hand-overs and damage reports with a pre-loaded checklist, tread depth per corner, a damage map and a roadworthy verdict

TALK, DON'T TYPE • A microphone on every description and notes field • Hold to describe on the camera: snap, talk, snap, talk • Smart capture (Pro, optional): say "kitchen, cracked tile by the back door, plasterer, high" and the item fills itself in • Describe from photo (Pro, optional): a suggested description of the issue you photographed

THE PDF IS THE PRODUCT • Numbered items with photos, location, trade, category and status • Every photograph timestamped, geotagged where you allow it, and hashed at capture so it can be shown to be unaltered • Draw arrows, circles, boxes and numbers on photos; blur faces and number plates • Your company name, logo and brand colour on the cover and every page • Summary page with counts by area and by trade or category • Signatures for inspector, client, tenant or landlord, with time and device recorded • Photo register with capture time, location and file hash • Read the report in the app, page for page as the PDF

FOLLOW-UPS IN ONE TAP • Re-inspections carry open items forward with their original photos for comparison • Check-outs carry every check-in item forward with its condition prefilled, ready to mark no change, fair wear and tear or tenant damage, and to propose deductions • Vehicle checks start the next walkaround from the last one, every check reset and ready

WORKS ANYWHERE • Fully offline: basements, plots with no signal, rural sites • Reports and photos are saved on your phone, not on our servers • Bulk edit: select items to change status, move rooms or delete • Storage meter so you can clear old PDFs and keep the app light

WHO IT'S FOR Snagging inspectors, inventory clerks, letting agents, landlords, tenants, home buyers checking a new build, site managers, contractors, facilities teams, fleet and transport managers, and anyone who has to hand over evidence of condition.
