Spinner for Dinner

Von Complete Computing LLC · Essen und TrinkenWarum wir das erwarten: A clear, relatable idea with a fair shared-spin mechanic that makes group dinner decisions easy.
Kurz gesagt
Spinner for Dinner is a food-drink app where a group starts a party, invites friends by code, link, or nearby discovery, and spins a shared wheel of real nearby restaurants that lands on the same spot on every phone. It suits groups deciding where to eat, from date nights and family dinners to office lunches and road trips. Each person gets one veto to remove a place, and restaurant details come from Google Maps.

"Where do you want to eat?" "I don't care, you pick." Sound familiar?
Spinner for Dinner ends the standoff. One person starts a party, everyone joins on their own phone, and you all watch the same wheel spin at the same moment.
HOW IT WORKS • Start a party. Choose fast food or not, dine in or takeout, how far you'll go, and whether it has to be open right now. • Invite your people. Share a 6-letter code or a link, or let friends nearby find your party. Friends without the app can join from their phone's browser. • Spin it. The wheel fills with real restaurants near you and lands on the same spot on every phone. • Veto once. Everyone gets exactly one veto. Use it now or save it for something worse. A veto knocks that place off the wheel and it spins again. • Go eat. When the vetoes run out, it's final. See the rating, reviews, hours, phone number, menu and directions.
WHY PEOPLE LIKE IT • No more 20-minute debates in the parking lot • Fair: one veto each, and the wheel doesn't play favorites • Great for date night, family dinner, the office lunch crowd or a road trip • No accounts and no sign-up. Just your first name.
Restaurant information comes from Google Maps.
