Stool Tracker: BristoLens

Track your bowel movements in about ten seconds and finally see the patterns behind your digestion.

BristoLens turns a quick daily log into a clear picture:

• Log one tap at a time using the seven Bristol stool types • Note comfort, colour, urgency and what was different that day • Watch your frequency and consistency trends appear over time • Scan a photo and let AI suggest a Bristol type when you are unsure • Get a plain-language weekly insight about your own numbers

Set up takes about a minute. A short adaptive questionnaire builds your starting baseline, an eight-week plan and a personal target, and shows a goal graph you can follow as you log.

Everything stays on your phone. BristoLens has no account, no login and no cloud sync. Your entries are stored locally and you can delete them at any time.

The free plan includes unlimited manual logging, your full history and trend charts, and weekly AI insights after at least three entries, plus three AI photo scans. Premium raises the photo-scan allowance to up to 200 scans.

AI suggestions describe appearance only. They can be wrong, you can always set the type yourself, and BristoLens does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a healthcare professional about persistent or worrying changes.
