TandaPlus: Tanda Organizer

TandaPlus is the app for organizing tandas. If you have ever kept a tanda (also called a cundina) in a notebook, a spreadsheet or an overflowing WhatsApp group, you know how hard it is: who already contributed, whose turn it is to receive, who is behind and how much is left. TandaPlus keeps those records for you so the tanda ends without arguments.

IMPORTANT: TandaPlus is a record-keeping tool for tandas among people who know each other. It does not receive, hold or move money, and it does not offer any financial service. Contributions are made the way they always have been (cash or transfers between members); the app is the clear record everyone can check. It never asks for identity documents.

FOR THE ORGANIZER • Set up your tanda in minutes: amount per round, frequency (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) and start date. The app builds the round schedule. • Add your participants once and reuse them in any tanda. • Assign numbers yourself or let the app set the order of turns. • Record every contribution, full or partial, and the app keeps each number's balance round by round. • Number zero, numbers shared by several people, and product tandas besides cash. • Late fees with the rules you decide. • See at a glance who is up to date, who is pending and who is behind. • WhatsApp reminders for your participants, even if they don't have the app. • Invite with a link or a QR code and accept requests to join. • PDF reports: statement for the whole tanda and for each number. • Call it what they call it where you're from: tanda, cundina, natillera, junta, san, pasanaku, cuchubal… the app uses your word.

FOR PARTICIPANTS • Check your statement: how much you have contributed, how much is left and when you receive. • Attach a photo of your payment receipt. • Get notified when your contribution date is coming up and when it is your turn to receive.

ON YOUR PHONE AND ON THE WEB Everything you do in the app looks the same on app.tandaplus.com, and the other way around. Your data lives in your account, not on the phone: if you switch phones, sign in and it's all there.

FREE AND PRO Organize one tanda at a time with up to 10 numbers for free. With PRO you get unlimited tandas, more numbers, product tandas, automatic late fees, WhatsApp reminders and PDF reports. PRO is available as a yearly subscription, which renews every year and can be cancelled anytime from your store account settings, or as a one-time payment for one year, which does not renew.
