Teradis Cognitive Exercises

Teradis is a programme of cognitive exercises for adults: 87 exercises in six areas — memory, attention, executive functions, visual field, visuomotor skills and vocational rehabilitation — in seven languages, fully translated.

The tasks are close to working life: an inbox that wants sorting; a shift plan with rules; a workshop scene; a conversation that keeps drifting. Every exercise describes what it asks of you and gives a hint on how to do it better.

HOW YOU PRACTISE

Difficulty is a ladder with named rungs — not a dial that turns on you in the background. Before you start, the last level reached is proposed; you can change it freely from the first session on, up or down. In 60 of the 87 exercises the first session can also search for the right level.

YOUR HISTORY

Every session is recorded with date, level and measure. The evaluation shows the course per exercise and compares you only with your own earlier results. You can print or pass on a summary of your exercise history — to a therapist of your choice, for instance.

YOUR DATA

No account, no sign-in, no server. The app opens no connection to the outside; results and settings leave your device only with your device's normal backup (iCloud or computer), which you switch on yourself — it brings your data back, also onto a new device. The data are stored encrypted, the key lives in your device's keychain. You can delete any session or everything.

SUBSCRIPTION

Teradis Month: monthly subscription, the first month free; the App Store shows the price in your currency. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it — at any time in the subscriptions of your Apple Account, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing goes through your Apple Account; Family Sharing is included. Without a subscription no exercise starts; your history, summary and data remain accessible and nothing is deleted. WHAT TERADIS IS NOT

Not a diagnostic instrument. It contains no normative data; every figure compares you only with your own earlier results.
