Vuorot

Vuorot is a simple shift reminder designed for people who work changing shifts.

Take a photo of your workplace roster or choose existing images. Vuorot looks for your saved roster name and reads your own dates and working times directly on your iPhone.

If your name cannot be found automatically, simply select your row in the roster. Review the detected shifts, correct anything that needs changing, then confirm your schedule and reminders.

WHAT VUOROT DOES

• Finds your own shifts from workplace roster images • Reads the actual start and end times shown on your roster • Handles shifts that continue past midnight • Keeps unclear information marked as unknown instead of assuming you are off • Lets you review and edit everything before saving • Reminds you about upcoming shifts • Shows today’s status and your next shift at a glance • Supports Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Includes an Apple Watch companion • Supports manual entry for individual shifts and keikka work • Supports Finnish and English • Supports 12- and 24-hour time formats and light/dark appearance

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account or sign-in is required. Roster recognition happens on your iPhone. Vuorot does not upload your roster images to its own server and does not permanently store those images after the import session. Your confirmed schedule is stored locally on your device.

SIMPLE ON PURPOSE

Vuorot is not an employer scheduling system. It is a personal tool designed to answer a simple question: “When am I working?”

Photograph your roster. Check your shifts. Let Vuorot remember the rest.

Always review detected dates and working times before confirming them. Recognition accuracy can vary depending on photo quality and roster layout.
