Small records, less to remember.

Yuer brings feeds, diaper changes, sleep and milestones into one daily log. Glance at your wrist, record a moment, and review the day on iPhone. Use iPhone on its own or pair it with Apple Watch.

Double Tap can confirm the current record inside supported Apple Watch entry screens. Set your usual feeding type and amount ahead of time.

FEEDING Record formula bottles, expressed breast milk or nursing. Use mL or US fluid ounces for bottles; record side and duration for nursing without converting minutes into milk volume. Start with your usual amount and adjust the actual time or quantity when needed.

DIAPERS Choose wet, dirty or both, adjust the actual time, and review the day's changes.

SLEEP Start sleep and confirm waking with the current time, or adjust either to what actually happened. Sleep spanning midnight is divided by the time spent asleep on each day. Live Activities show elapsed sleep on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. A system-ended Live Activity does not end the saved sleep session.

TODAY, HISTORY AND TRENDS A compact home screen puts baby information and daily totals first. Browse months and dates in History, then open a day for its timeline and filters for feeds, diapers or sleep. Review milk volume, diaper counts and sleep duration over 7 or 30 days. Edit earlier entries or confirm deletion. New entries no longer require a note field; existing notes are retained.

WATCH FACES AND WIDGETS Choose complications for the baby name, age, photo, solar or lunar birthday countdown, diaper elapsed time, sleep or next feed. Home Screen widgets open the matching record form; seven-day bar trends open statistics. Layout, photo color and refreshing follow the system watch face or widget host.

NEXT FEED AND QUICK ACTIONS After recording a feed, a Live Activity can show the next time, remaining hours and minutes, and overdue status. Your chosen interval determines the time; the app does not recommend a feeding schedule. Use Siri, App Shortcuts and the Action button on supported devices, following the in-app setup guide. Supported quick-record actions include undo for accidental entries.

REMINDERS YOU CONTROL On iPhone, choose phone only, Watch only, both or none, and configure snooze and quiet hours. Presentation depends on notification permissions, Focus, wearing state and system scheduling; both devices are not guaranteed to alert together. Live Activities are separate from notifications.

SAVE AND RESTORE No app account is required. Records save locally first and exchange with the paired device when connected. iCloud Drive file backups support merging restored revisions without duplicating identical entries. Cloud features require the appropriate Apple services.

TRIAL AND LIFETIME ACCESS Download free and explicitly activate a one-time 14-day trial. There is no automatic charge or renewal. After trial expiry, continuing to create or edit care records requires Full Access. Existing records, history, statistics, baby information and backup/restore remain accessible; data is not erased. A one-time purchase unlocks the full version permanently. Apple shows the actual local price. Purchase and restore on iPhone, with access shared to its paired Watch.
