BoothTap is an offline sales and inventory tracker for craft fairs, markets, pop-ups and everyday selling. Keep track of your table without creating an account.

RECORD SALES WHILE YOU SELL Record one item or build a basket with several products. Adjust quantities and prices, add a custom item, apply discounts and tax estimates, and record cash, card or split payment details. Optional Quick Sale records one unit with a tap. Photos and Quick Sale controls sit above Search; Search stays visible as you scroll.

PREPARE YOUR NEXT EVENT Create an Event with its own dates, products and prices, or start Daily selling straight from Home. Organise products into named collections. Search by item name or category, filter a collection and select a group when preparing an event.

KEEP AN EYE ON STOCK Turn on stock tracking for individual products, set low-stock thresholds and review stock adjustments. Recording and correcting sales updates tracked stock.

REVIEW YOUR DAY See sale history, correct prices and quantities, and review units sold, recorded sales value, top products and payment breakdowns. Export a session as CSV for your spreadsheet. Keep private customer requests on your device.

A USEFUL FREE APP Free includes 100 active products and unlimited Daily and Event selling sessions. Collections, stock tracking, multi-item checkout, Quick Sale, discounts, tax estimates, payment records, customer requests, session summaries, CSV export and full local backup with photos are included.

GROW WITH BOOTHTAP PRO Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription. It adds unlimited active products, product costs, event expenses, profit estimates, longer-term reports, comparisons across sessions and catalog CSV import. Missing costs are clearly marked. Previous verified Unlimited Selling purchases receive Pro access. Apple displays the local purchase price; Restore Purchases is available in Settings and on the purchase screen.

YOUR RECORDS STAY WITH YOU Sale logging works offline. No BoothTap account, ads or third-party tracking. Products, photographs and sales are stored locally. Save a full backup somewhere you choose; CSV export is not a full backup. App Store purchases and restoration require access to Apple services.

BoothTap records sales and payment methods; it does not process customer payments. Tax and profit figures are informational estimates. Currencies are reported separately without conversion.
