Class Schedule for UEK

Class Schedule for UEK is an unofficial timetable app for students of the Krakow University of Economics (Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie). It downloads your class schedule from planzajec.uek.krakow.pl and shows it clearly on your phone - and notifies you when UEK changes a room or time.

SCHEDULE CHANGES RIGHT AWAY • Notifications about room and time changes, cancelled and moved classes • Change center: see what it was and what it is now

SEVERAL GROUPS IN ONE PLAN • Your dean's group, language classes, PE and a second degree together, without duplicates • Day, week and list views • Hide classes you do not attend: one session, only tutorials or the whole subject

TODAY AT A GLANCE • The current class with a countdown, the next class, gaps and when your day ends • Home screen widget • Optional lock screen countdown to your classes

REMINDERS AND DEADLINES • A reminder before each class with the subject and room • Morning summary of your day • Tests, exams and project deadlines with reminders • Class notes and an absence counter • Your own classes and events, including weekly ones

CAMPUS AND ROOMS • Map of the Rakowicka campus and UEK buildings elsewhere in Krakow • Floors with rooms and how to get in • Navigation to the building in one tap

SEARCH AND SHARE • The schedule of a teacher, a room or another group • "When are we both free?" - shared gaps with someone from another group • Export to your calendar (.ics file) and an image of your day

WORKS OFFLINE • Your last downloaded schedule is always on your phone, even in a room without signal • A failed sync never clears your schedule - you always see how old it is

PRIVACY • No account needed: sign in with your student ID number and UEK schedule password • The password is encrypted by your phone and sent only to the UEK schedule server • Your schedule, notes and settings stay on your phone • Optional fingerprint or Face ID lock

FOR EVERYONE • Dark mode and high contrast mode • Screen reader and large text support • English, Polish, Ukrainian and Spanish

WHO IT IS FOR For UEK students in full-time and part-time programmes, bachelor's and master's degrees - including Erasmus and exchange students. Teachers can find their own schedule by name.

You do not have to sign in right away - try the demo mode to see how the app works.
