Connecta - Stores & Services

Connecta is a Portuguese marketplace that puts local stores, service providers and independent couriers in one app, with real-time contact between the customer and the person delivering.

FOR CUSTOMERS • Discover nearby stores: restaurants, markets, pharmacies, boutiques and more. • Book services such as hairdressers, clinics, pet care or cleaning, choosing the professional and the time. • Order for delivery or pickup, or order at the table by scanning a restaurant's QR code. • Follow your order on the map in real time. • Chat or talk by voice with your courier directly in the app, without sharing your phone number. • Order parcels from shops that ship across Portugal, with clear fixed shipping prices. • Pay securely in the app, rate stores and save your favourites.

FOR STORES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS • One dashboard for your catalogue, orders, bookings, opening hours and team. • Instant notifications for new orders and bookings, with optional auto-confirm. • Print orders, import and export your catalogue, and see sales and reviews. • Issue invoices and track payments and payouts.

FOR DELIVERY RIDERS • Accept deliveries in your area, get navigation to the store and the customer, and message or call the customer from inside the app.
