Where's all your stuff, and who's got it?

FleetBuddy keeps track of your tools, equipment and vehicles for a small crew. Snap a photo and it's on the list. Stick a code on it, check it out to an employee ID, and you'll always know where it went.

SNAP TO ADD Take a photo of a drill, a blower, a dehumidifier or a mini excavator. FleetBuddy reads it and fills in what it is, the make, the model, and the serial number when the nameplate is legible. You check it and save. It never guesses a serial it can't read.

SNAP YOUR LIST Already keep a list on a whiteboard, a clipboard sheet or a printout? Photograph it. FleetBuddy reads every line, you fix anything off, and the whole inventory is in.

STICKERS THAT OPEN THE RECORD Print QR sticker sheets (Avery 5160 size) for everything on the list, or a blank sheet to stick on first and scan later. Scan a sticker and the item opens.

CHECK OUT BY EMPLOYEE ID Hand gear out to an employee ID and a job or site. Check it back in. Anything out longer than a week floats to the top. Employee numbers, not names.

A RECORD THAT HOLDS UP Every check-out, check-in and edit goes into a history that only ever gets added to. Each line carries a fingerprint of the one before it.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL The list lives on your phone, so it works in a yard at 6am with no bars. Save a backup file to Files, Drive or email whenever you like, and restore it on a new phone with its history checked line by line. Export a CSV any time for Excel, your insurer or your accountant.

PRIVACY No account, no ads, no tracking. Your list, photos, history and locations stay on your phone. A photo you ask FleetBuddy to identify is sent to be read and is not kept. Location is recorded only when you check something out, check it in or mark it seen, never in the background.
