GLXY JP

GLXY JP is an application designed to track the subsequent allocation and usage of each incoming payment. Its interface consists of five distinct sections: an overview of income and expenses, a daily transaction log, income batches, associated workspaces, and analytical management. Users can record income, expenses, refunds, transfers, and opening balances; they can also split a single expense across multiple income batches, while tracking usage by date, category, or month. These associations are used solely for organizing the ledger—actual account balances are always determined by the underlying cash inflows and outflows. The app facilitates the process by generating allocation drafts, displaying the impact of any historical changes, and performing dual-sided balance checks to prevent duplicate entries or over-allocation. Refunds can be processed either by specifying the exact amount to be restored or by applying a proportional adjustment, with integer-based arithmetic ensuring precise financial figures. Bar charts, donut charts, area charts, and financial matrices provide insights into how funds are utilized, with the ability to drill down from these visualizations back to the original transaction records. Accounts, categories, themes, full backups, and data import/export functions are all handled locally on the device. All records are permanently stored on-device, allowing for seamless organization across months without the need for system resets, and enabling users to review or adjust their historical data at any time.
