HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the distracting apps you want to block, using Apple's Screen Time. 2. When you open a blocked app, Gratitude First asks you to pause and reflect. 3. Write one thing you're grateful for to unlock your apps for a timed session. 4. When the session ends, your apps are blocked again.
