En resumen
Hop Off: scroll less is a productivity app that locks the apps you choose after a set timer, so you can take a short break and then return to focus. It can also block apps by location, schedule, or an NFC tag, and shows a countdown on the Lock Screen. The app suits people who want to cut down on time lost to phone apps, such as students at the library or gym-goers.
