Hydro: Hydration Reminder

Hydro reminds you to drink and counts what you drank. Pick your cups once, tap one each time you drink, and the day fills up.

There is no account. Your water stays on your iPhone. Anonymous usage statistics go to the developer's own server. A random ID is added only if you turn it on, and you can turn it off any time.

ONE TAP PER CUP • Up to three cups on the Today screen, in the sizes you really use • Your daily goal, how far you are, and a small celebration when you reach it • Milliliters, US or UK ounces

REMINDERS THAT KNOW WHEN TO STOP • Choose a start time, an end time and an interval • Add a cup straight from the notification • Reminders stop for the day once you reach your goal

AT A GLANCE • A Home Screen widget with today's water and your cups • A Live Activity on the Lock Screen between your start and end time • Light and dark themes • A gently moving water surface, which follows Reduce Motion

HYDRO PREMIUM A one-time purchase, yours forever. It unlocks: • Apple Health sync: every cup is written to Health as water. Hydro never reads health data • Your full hydration history, day by day • Custom cup sizes • The Apple Watch app with complications, so you can log water from your wrist

GOOD TO KNOW • No account, no ads, no tracking • Your water stays on your iPhone, and in Apple Health only if you turn that on • Questions or ideas? Write to hydro@flosch.at, right from the app
