ONE-TAP STATUS UPDATES • Start to Pickup, Arrived, Loaded, Start Trip, Arrived at Delivery, Delivered • Dispatch sees every update instantly, with no calls or texts needed
SCAN PAPERWORK • Scan PODs, bills of lading, and other documents with the iPhone document scanner • Multi-page scans are saved as a single clean PDF attached to the load • Snap receipts for fuel, tolls, lumpers, and more with category and amount, sent straight to expense review
ON-DUTY LOCATION SHARING • Tap On Duty and your truck's location is shared with your dispatcher, even with the phone locked • Works through dead zones: points are saved on the phone and sent when signal returns • Tap Off Duty and sharing stops
